The upper level comprises of 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, two large living areas, butlers pantry, mudroom, laundry, study and large north facing decks, with the lower level containing a separate self contained unit and large entertaining space with attached that leads onto the stunning pool area. The Sundown House project included two phases: the total renovation and remodel of the existing house and the large scale extension, pool, shed and landscaping.
